  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds


  • In a medium bowl, integrate the tahini, gewurztraminer vinegar, maple syrup, onion powder, and garlic powder. Blend this mix till you have a thick paste. Then, gradually include the ice water in 1 tablespoon increments, blending the sauce after each addition. As soon as you have a fluid, pale, and velvety consistency, you’re excellent!
