Pumpkin Cookies

Yearning for some sweet pumpkin seasoned treats this weekend, I made pumpkin cookies. They weren’t simply any pumpkin cookie, however these were insane scrumptious, simple, practically-healthy-for-a-cookie pumpkin cookies. Yum!

I made a couple of modifications to this pumpkin cookie dish:

  • I replaced entire wheat pastry flour for the routine all-purpose flour. I wound up with scrumptious, fluffy, entire wheat cookies.
  • Included more spice than is required. Believe me! I didn’t determine the quantities, however I included great deals of cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.
  • Avoided the icing. I stinted effort and fat by spraying powdered sugar on the top rather. Pretty, right? Really, if I were to ice these cookies, I would ignore fat and make cream cheese icing. All the method.

I brought the cookies to a celebration this weekend and they were a hit! I hope you’ll provide a shot. The only active ingredient that you most likely do not currently have in your cooking area would be a can of pumpkin puree.
