Keep in mind when I never ever published Seoul photos?

We had a fun time on our three-day-pre-Philippines-mini-vacation and definitely enjoyed experiencing Seoul. However then I left my DSLR in my unpleasant luggage for a year. Woops.

Among the very best features of our journey was the sweet, lovely, and artistic little bed and breakfast where we remained called 126 Guesthouse Estate. (Please keep in mind Shiru the canine resting on the bookshelf. This location has character.)

Our beds were flooring bed mattress, our breakfast was kimchi, and our restroom was a shower. It was authentically Korean and authentically rejuvenating.

In case you required another factor to make this your next drop in Seoul, satisfy Hyunchung, who runs the entire operation with her mommy and sis. And who is incredible.

That fried thing exuding with honey basically summarize our consuming experience in Seoul.

In case you would like to know what I have actually been consuming every day today, it’s this Skinny Garlic Fried Rice. In case you would like to know what I’ll be consuming all weekend, it’s Mango Float Cupcakes due to the fact that this afternoon I discovered a cupcake store right down the roadway.

Balance, duh.

Skinny Garlic Fried Rice! A very simple, fast meal loaded with wild rice, carrots, and garlic. Tailor with any veggies you ‘d like!

Active Ingredients

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a big nonstick frying pan. Saute the onion, garlic, and ginger up until soft and aromatic.
  2. Include another 1 tablespoon oil to the pan and include the veggies. Saute up until tender-crisp. Season kindly with salt and pepper.
  3. Include the rice and 1 tablespoon oil (if required). Stir fry up until heated up through and/or gently browned. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with lime (or calamansi, if in the Philippines) and soy sauce.

I doubled the vegetable quantity and still enjoyed it! It simply depends upon just how much rice you desire in with the entire thing.

Extra add-ins: red pepper, edamame, rushed or fried egg, tofu, chicken, shrimp, broccoli, and fresh herbs.

Keywords: fried rice, healthy fried rice, garlic fried rice
