  • I feel silly now, however the dough was incredibly wet/oily. For future recommendation, what could I do rather of including more liquid if I have a comparable issue? Simply process it longer …?

    Thanks,

So sorry for the late reply! Were your dates soft? If not, provide a take in boiling water for 5 minutes, drain them completely, and after that continue with the recipe. If your dates were soft however, it seems like you simply required to run the food mill a bit more. Often when I have energy ball mixes that aren’t sticking as much as I ‘d like, I’ll include a tablespoon of almond butter or a touch of coconut oil to consider that wetness increase that I require.
